What we store

We store your chosen handle, an irreversible hash and salt for your BloxBan Key, hashed session tokens, token balances, and the case description and evidence images you explicitly submit through the private portal.

What we do not store

We do not request or store email addresses, IP addresses, browser fingerprints, user-agent strings, raw passwords, raw BloxBan Keys or login-history records.

Your case folder

Each request receives a private folder containing its case record and evidence. It is stored outside the public static website and is never exposed as a public asset URL.

Your key

Your BloxBan Key is generated once. Only its hardened PBKDF2 hash is stored. If you lose it, it cannot be recovered or reset by BloxBan.

Retention

Session hashes expire after fourteen days. Account, token and submitted case records remain until you ask for your account to be closed, unless retention is required by applicable law.
