Independent service

BloxBan is an independent case-preparation service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

No guaranteed outcome

Tokens pay for access to the request workflow and case preparation scope described at purchase. They do not buy a platform decision and do not guarantee an unban, rollback, recovered inventory or specific result.

Account safety

Never share passwords, authentication codes, recovery keys or payment credentials. BloxBan does not ask for them.

Token use

Tokens are consumed when a portal request is submitted. A payment processor must be connected before live card payments can be accepted.
